1. Remove cap and place on bottom of can
2. With spike provided pierce three holes through the top outer rim of the can to maximum depth
3. Lift the ring to vertical position before pulling back to open the can
4. Stir contents occasionally from top to bottom whilst the food is heating
5. Ready to eat after 8-12 minutes. Can be eaten directly from the can or may be served in a mug or on a plate

Take care not to hold the can at the top as contents and exposed top of can will be hot
